Labour & Employment Law

We provide expert advice to our clients regarding any employment issue. We act on behalf of many employers and employees and thus understand the needs of both parties. We are fully equipped to provide specialist briefs / opinions on various topics. We specialize in assisting in take-overs and employment related consequences and are able to provide specialized assistance in restructuring and/or retrenchment exercises. Our assistance also extends to registration with statutory bargaining councils as well as negotiating previous non-compliance with bargaining council requirements.

We provide assistance to our clients in the follow areas:

• Drafting of tailor made agreements on behalf of clients, whether it be employment contract, restraint of trade, disciplinary charge sheet or settlement agreement, our documents cover all the bases.
• Appearances at the CCMA and industry bargaining councils where we are able to assist our clients, before and during conciliation proceedings. We specialize in representing employees and defending employers at arbitrations.
